He used to smoke twenty cigarettes a day. Sometimes he lights a fresh cigarette from the butt of the first. I advised him to give up smoking. He did not give up. he was always coughing. He consulted a doctor. The doctor advised him to reduce to five cigarettes a day. if he doesn't give up smoking he cant get rid of his cough.
